If you’re worried about someone at The Gables, please tell the registered manager on 01670 821586. We will take your concern seriously and act on it.
Raising a concern with the local authority
You can report a concern about an adult directly to Northumberland County Council’s adult social care team through Onecall on 01670 536400. For non-emergency police matters, call 101.
Whistleblowing
Staff can raise concerns in confidence under our whistleblowing policy, or directly with the local authority or the Care Quality Commission.
