Complaints

If something isn't right, we want to know so we can put it right.

Anyone can raise a concern or complaint, including the people we support, their families and representatives, and professionals. Raising a complaint will never affect the care someone receives.

How to complain

You can speak to any member of staff, or contact the registered manager, Raphael Nwokobia:

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to give you a full response within 28 days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you why and keep you updated.

If you’re not satisfied

If you’re unhappy with our response, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, which looks at complaints about adult social care, including privately funded care. Visit lgo.org.uk or call 0300 061 0614.

If your care is arranged by a local authority or the NHS, you can also complain to them.

Telling CQC

The Care Quality Commission doesn’t investigate individual complaints, but it welcomes feedback about care. Give feedback to CQC.
